Job description
Main duties: (From Jan – Aug 2014)
- Ø AR/ AP/ Cashier
- Ø Stock take:
- Stock take monthly and following stock take adjustment in SAP system;
- Ø Month end closing:
- Ø Report:
- Ø Implement OH&S in compliance with Holcim procedure;
- Ø Other tasks assigned by line manager.
- Issue all non-cement invoices at Hon Chong plant
- Prepare Payment Authorization and transfer to HO for payment
- Petty cash payment;
- Prepare and post accruals list into SAP system
- Check and correct cost
- Stock reconcile;
- Prepare tax and VAT invoice using report
- Customer & cement prices report
- Cost tracking report;
Job requirements
Requirements:
- College degree in Accounting;
- At least 1 year experienced in the same position;
- Good communication and listening skills;
- Good teamwork and cooperation;
- Good reading and writing English (TOEIC > 450);
- Good at MS Office; knowledge of SAP is preferable.
