Responsibilities

-         The right candidate will play an important role related not only to accountting tasks. We require a flexible attitude and knowledge and interest in creating an sustainable and growth in the business. You knowledge of business and Finance for a small company is a plus.

-         Thingking strategy’s and forcasts to manage your daily tasks in a must.

-         You responsibilities will be.

o       General tasks:

§        Work closely with external accountant for daily, weekly and monthe reporting

§        Proper bookkeeping cash flow and combined expenses reports.

§        Internal combined P/L and budget reports Vietnam/HK/LSS/Kieler.

§        Administrate payroll for local and expatriated staff.

§        Make payment to suppliers and subcontractors.

o       Project account tasks

§        Allocation working hour/Material/ other cost to projects for Project budgeting.

§        Daily following up and chase on outstading invoice/settlements.

§        Cross check payment and chase clients for payment

o       Combination tasks

§        Perform moth-end/ year-end closing Accountas for KIELER Co Ltd

§        Deal with KAZE limited (HK) yearly auditing.

§        Work with Project coordinator to align all internal contracts with auditing

Requirements.

-         Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, business degree

-         Management or related fields.

-         Minimum 5 year working experience in similar capacity

-         Very high level written and verbal english.

-         Sound knowledge of microsoft office applications.

-         Able to work independently with minimum supervision

-         Acquaintance with the fast shifting TAX and HR law in vietnam
