Responsibilities


  • Well understand production process to prepare accurate useful reports and provides ideas, comments for cost saving.
  • Support in providing accurate data and reports for decision making purpose in new investments.
  • Follow up, monitors and analyses all types of costs.
  • Analyse the variance between budget cost and actual cost to explain actual performance versus budget and provides comments, suggestions to superiors.
  • Evaluate production key performance indicators.
  • Be in charge of periodical stock counting and stock take reports and controls stock at warehouses.
  • Fully calculate COGS and inventory reports on monthly basis.
  • Work closely with production, procurement and warehouse team to seek improvement in cost saving.
  • Ad hoc reports required by manager.

Requirements


  • Bachelor degree in Accounting major. ACCA studying is highly preferred.
  • At least 3 year experience in manufacturing companies is a pre-requisite.
  • Having high capability to deal with numbers, graphs and charts.
  • Good English both Writing and speaking.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel is a must.
  • Accurate, proactive and team-work player.
