Responsibilities


    

  • Supervise and lead the staff in the accounting team
    • 

  • Responsible for tax reporting, audited financial statements, tax dept. liquidations, etc.
    • 

  • Preparation internal reports for BOD, presenting the financial performance of the company; including P&L Report, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Forecast and other internal management reports
    • 

  • Preparation and on-going monitoring of budget and weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts.
    • 

  • Work with shipping manager to ensure correct import and export procedures are adhered to.
    • 




Other Tasks


    

  • Continue the development and training of current accounting staff
    • 

  • Report to GM and BOD regarding any significant changes to Vietnam tax laws and regulations
    • 

  • Liaise and work with external tax department, external auditors to ensure full legal corporate adherence
    • 

  • Work with the GM and BOD on ad-hoc financial analysis and reviews; including costings, profitability and production reports.
    •

Requirements


  • Experience & knowledge in managing accounting & tax audits, and tax declaration such as CIT, VAT, PIT, FCT and ETC.
  • Experience & knowledge in optimizing existing processes in the field of accounting & tax reporting
  • Graduate University/ College, major in Finance and Accounting or similar
  • Positive, pro-active, forward thinking individual
  • Independent and well self-controlled, transparent and honest
  • Good at time management & managing teams, ability to work under high pressure
  • Well socialized and good at communicating in team with high sense of responsibility
  • Always positive, willing to take on new assignments
  • Very good at utilizing Excel for Accounting and tax management & controlling. Knowledge of other accounting software.
  • Thorough knowledge of Accounting within VAS and tax reporting in Vietnam
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Good understand of English, both written and speaking
  • Chief Accountant Certificate.
