Junior Accountant  - Q-Residence Hotel

Responsibilities


    

  • Responsible in checking and issuing of payment vouchers (both bank & cash); record cash in, cash out into cash ledger.
    • 

  • Make bank transfers and journal funding transfers and reconciles bank statements on regular basis.
    • 

  • Check the accuracy and completeness of supporting document for the transactions before processing.
    • 

  • Participate in processing of accounts payable/receivable; tracks receivables; reconciles monthly accounts receivable and payable.
    • 

  • Perform stock accounting.
    • 

  • Support Chief Accountant in preparing tax report.
    • 

  • Perform other duties of a similar nature or level under instructions of Supervisor Accountant/ Chief Accountant.

Requirements


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • University or college graduation, major in Accounting
  • At least 01 year of working experience in Accounting
OTHER SKILL AND ATTRIBUTES
  • Good command English (Spoken & written)
  • Good ability of computing skills on MS applications and have knowledge on Accounting Software
  • Willing to travel and work late if required
  • Be flexible in works tasks assigned
  • Must be careful, honest and high responsible.
