Responsibilities

Set up and maintain an accounting system that is complied with Vietnam regulations.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for mamagement.
Control accounts receivable, make sure collection properly.
Monthly analysis cash flow.
Assit in setting up the costing system, costing analyzing.
Prepare all tax returns: CIT, VAT and local taxes and fees and make sure on time for submition.
Ensure that all tax invoices are validated by the tax bureau each month.
Cash flow management and make sure efficiency.
Petty cash management, making cash voucher, updating cash transactions and daily cash balances.
Prepare statutory financial statements.
Monthly analysis of sales turnover and margin.
