Responsibilities

Fixed Assets accounting (inclusive of tools & supplies):

Review controlling & updated fixed assets information.
Checking on all Issuances fixed asset and tools & supplies tags and monthly fixed assets schedules, including depreciation calculations according to Vietnam accounting regulations.
Checking on Building and constructions – monthly progress report on payment and investment to date and report to the local authority as required on the company investment status.
Review and checking on PM enhancement Project to ensure proper update to accounting system.
Arrange on Monthly stock check for FA & T&S.
Other Fixed assets reports as required.


Inventory checking and costing

Reconciliation of inventory module against the general ledger balance and ensure that the balance are tally.
Finished goods reconciliation for interface program from production system to FAST accounting system.
To ensure the accuracy of the entry for production in house used.
Ensure proper and accurate costing of all company inventories including all raw materials, work in progress and finished goods.
Periodic stock take and cycle counts should also be conducted to verify any discrepancies in the physical stock.


Weekly internal stock count.
Supervise and guide subordinates to ensure all transactions are properly accounted for.
To cover the tasks of the subordinate when they are on leave or absent.
To arrange, keep and file all accounting documents in safely manner and good conditions.
Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time by superior and to undertake additional roles and responsibilities that are deemed fit when operational needs arise.
