Responsibilities

Daily checking and system updating of Customers’ collections 
System application of Customers’ collections to outstanding receivables
Liaison with Customers on payment of outstanding receivables.
Monthly reconciliation of Account Receivables subsidiary ledger with General Ledger requirements
Preparation of monthly financial and management reports on Accounts Receivables.
Reconciliation of receivables with customers and provision of Statement of Accounts to customers periodically.
Co-ordination with internal departments such as Sales and Customer Services on managing accounts receivables and collections
Filing of all accounting documents relating to Accounts Receivables
Other tasks assigned by Financial Controller
