Responsibilities


    

  • Reviews payment requests submitted by Plant Division, HR, Purchasing, and Sales & Marketing and ensures accuracy and completeness of supporting documents.
    • 

  • Prepares Accounts Payable voucher for each payment request and seeks/obtains approval of the said document.
    • 

  • Consolidates and scans all supporting documents to be forwarded by Immediate Superior to RGFC Philippines for approval.
    • 

  • Coordinates with suppliers for issuance of sales/VAT invoices for payments made and records the invoice/credit memo into the Accounting software/system.
    • 

  • Monitors advance payments made to suppliers vs. actual deliveries made to the Plant/Office and prepares corresponding report to be forwarded to RGFC Philippines for review and checking. 
    • 

  • Prepares sales invoice, issues VAT invoice to distributors for sales transactions, and ensures accuracy of order amount.
    • 

  • Encodes movements of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, and Finished Goods Inventories into the Inventory module of the Accounting system.
    • 

  • Monitors and records the CAPEX transactions of RBC-Vietnam (i.e., acquisition, recording, tagging, depreciation, disposal, and retirement).
    • 

  • Assists Immediate Superior in the completion of other relevant expense reports for management reporting (e.g. pre operating expenses, expenses which can be considered for Chartered capital reporting, tax reports/filings, etc).
    • 

  • Ensures proper safekeeping of files, records, and confidential documents.
    • 

  • Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements


  • Qualification: College’s graduates or above.
  • Good communication skills in both speaking, listening, reading and writing (Accounting professional).
  • Good health condition and can work under high level of pressure.
  • Able to travel to Binh Duong, 1-2 times weekly.
