Payroll Specialist Cum GL Accountant - Temporary

Responsibilities:
- Major Responsibilities:
- Salary / wage must be paid on time as per company schedule.
- 100% accuracy
- No overpaid / underpaid to be reported (closely work with HR to keep accurate attendance record for payroll).
- Distribute pay slip and individual tax voucher deduction to staff individually and privacy.
- Submit PIT filling to Tax on time.
- Keep the payroll filing confidentially.
- No case in reported that confidential information to be disclosed.
- Any payment covered from Social Insurance Fund must be documented and recorded separately for easy reference.
- Additional jobs:
- Adhering to formalities to obtain Health Insurance card for new staff.
- Following up to get Health Insurance extention every quarter for staff.
- Reconciling all discrepancies related to Social Insurance for company staff.
- Submitting required documents for staff on sick leave, maternity leave to get payment from Social Insurance and pay to staff.
- Accumulating staff contribution in Social Insurance books for leaving staff.
- Preparing reports on labor increase/decrease to local authorities.
- Additional jobs:
- Supervise and review the entries in accounting books in compliance with local / corporate requirements.
- No big findings by auditors (internal / external).
- Complete period closing activities. Pre-closing review to make sure accruals are properly made. Do necessary adjustments of month end closing.
- Review major balance sheet reconciliation (VAS).
- Meet Finance Deliverables as outlined by corporate / local authorities.
- Provide data (accurate and clearly) ready for management review timely.
- Other assignments:
- Conduct the physical Inventory of Factory asset & Office Equipment.
- Any ad-hoc duties (if have).
Requirements:
- University Degree (Majoring in Finance & Accounting is an advantage).
- English Communication for both speaking & writing.
- Pass the Entry Test/ Interview.
- PCs skill – Excel/ Word.
- Pass the Ability Test.
- 2 years of well-rounded finance and accounting experience.
