Responsibilities:
- To implement day to day receptionist, administration, accounting functions.
- Manage overall front office and attend to all telephone calls politely.
- Reflect good telephone manner and etiquette to all callers.
- Assist Branch Manager, HR & Admin Manager on specific job functions including secretarial work in the north offices.
Requirements:
- Graduate University/ College.
- Good communication skill in both English & Vietnamese.
- Active, soft voice, friendly, polite.
- Organization & management skill.
- Good knowledge of shipping industry and accounts, data processing skill.
- Microsoft office email exchange.
