Hitachi Transport System (Vietnam) (Hereinafter "TSV") was established in January in 2012, as a subsidiary of Hitachi Transport Systmes, Ltd., one of the leading logistics companies in Japan, established in 1950. TSV's current business are mainly Transportation and Installtions of Heavy Machineries, Logistics Solutions and Ocean Freight Forwarding. Now we are in the process of commensing airfreight and ocean freight forwarding business in Hanoi.
Accountant
Ha Noi, Ho Chi Minh
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the accounting database and ensure its reliability.
- Manage, review and approve the works of the accounting officers to ensure accurate, timely, and record-keeping in all aspects of accounting: payroll, AP, AR other support activities.
- Support to complete monthly, quarterly and annually Financial Statements including forecast and various detailed analyses for BOD, Auditor, Banks.
- Issue the VAT Invoice, Organize, manage and keep track of A/P.
- Assist Accounting Section in other tasks.
- Report to Chief Accountant and Finance Manager.
Requirements:
- University degree, major in accounting / financing.
- At least 1 - 2 years.
- Good Command of English.
- PC Skills - Word, Excell, Power Point and Access.
Notes:
- Bonus, Allowance: 13th Month Salary.
- Remarks: Complying with the most current Vietnamese Labor Law.
- Trial Period: Two Months, with more than 70% of salary, without social & Health insurance.
- No allowance for commuting and lunch meals.
- Working Day: Weekday 8:30 - 17:30 (lunch time: 12:00-13:00), Alternative Saturday 8:30 - 12:30.
