Accountant
Ho Chi Minh
Responsibilities:
- Payment instruction to banks.
- Monitoring cash in banks and cash on hand – petty cash.
- Establish monthly bank reconciliation reports.
- Control and ensure the accuracy and sufficiency of the legal documents related to accounting and financing such as commercial invoices, business contracts, custom documents, etc.
- Prepare payment vouchers and receipt vouchers.
- Monthly preparation of VAT report, proceed tax payments on time.
- Keep accounts receivable data up to date, provision of aged debt reports.
- Monitor overdue customer balances, issue payment reminder letter, contact debtors for payment.
- Update all new accounting policies from the government authorities and inform to relevant person/ department.
- Other duties shall be assigned from Chief accountant.
Requirements:
- University degree, major in Accounting & Finance.
- Have experience in Import-export is prefer.
- Good skills of accountant, accounting software application.
- English is at intermediate level.
- Hard working and can work under high pressure.
- Active, creative, independent and able to work in a team.
- Excellent knowledge of computer (EXCEL, WORD,etc.).
