Elias Viet Nam produces and markets coffee, chocolate and related products in the Vietnamese market. The company is seeking for an accounting staff to join a team which is working in District 2 of Ho Chi Minh City. The candidate selected will be responsible for relationship management and sales through one or more of the following channels: retail, coffee shops, hotel-restaurants or online.
Accounting Staff

Responsibilities:
- Accounting tasks:
- Review invoices and check requests.
- Sort and match invoices and check requests.
- Set invoices up for payment.
- Process check requests.
- Prepare and process accounts payable checks, wire transfers.
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Vendor file maintenance.
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
- Produce monthly reports.
- Administrative tasks:
- Handle visa and residential card for expatriates.
- Supply office stationary & equipment.
- In charge of mobile fee & telephone / Internet fee.
- In charge of all maintenances in the office.
- Check, update and monitor coffee roasting, packing and distribution.
- Outside delivery materials when it is required.
- Other administrative works.
Requirements:
- Graduate College or University in major Accounting & Finance.
- Good English communication skills, specifically verbal and writing.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft software, specifically Excel.
- Willing to learn, patience, honestly, assiduous, dynamic.
- 01 to 02 years experience in accounting and business administration is preferred.
Office Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 18:00.
- Occasional Saturday morning, business travel and overtime.
