French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Vietnam was born in 1989 on the initiative of businessmen from Ho Chi Minh City.
ILA local non-profit, CCIFV belongs to the global network of Chambers of Commerce and Industry French Abroad (UCCIFE) which includes 107 rooms in 77 countries. Today CCIFV has nearly 300 members, mostly subsidiaries of French companies or companies created by the French in Vietnam.

Responsibilities:
- Negotiate with vendors and realize cost saving/quality targets through pro active vendor management.
- Maintain and develop a reliable a supplier database.
- Assist to implement new purchasing process/organize and maintain all purchasing documentations and documentations and records.
- Cope with special and urgent requests from internal & external customer & clients.
- Report to Managers.
- Work closely with Design office.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years solid in buying office is desirable.
- Degree in Enginer.
- Fluent written & spoken Vietnamese & English. Desirable French, Mandarin (Chinese).
- Good time management skills.
- Good computer Knowledge (Access, Word, Excel).
- Able to work under pressure.
- Sound knowledge with textile, leather,furnitures.
- Must uphold the highest level of integrity.
- Able to travel in our different locations (least a 1 per week).
