Internal Audit Manager
Binh Duong - 219 QL 13, Thuận An, Binh Duong, Vietnam
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and maintain audit programs of financial accounts, records, contracts and financial procedures of internal operations to ensure proper recording of transactions and compliance with established procedures
- Develop audit plan identifying areas of potential internal control exposure and areas for improving operational efficiency.
- Conducts audits of financial and operational business processes on financial accounts, records, contracts and financial procedures.
- Team work with business unit management to design solutions for control deficiencies identified
- Directs and monitors the work of assigned staff. Makes decisions related to hiring, staffing, promotions, discipline and transfers.
- Reviews staff audit work papers and reports to ensure appropriate documentation and support.
- Carry out ISO & HACCP system’s requirement;
Requirements:
- University degree in Finance or Accounting
- Good communication in both Vietnamese and English
- Experience in the use of an integrated business software package and financial reporting modules, and PC package software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to apply analytical skills and interpret information gathered from a variety of sources.
- Ability to work in a team environment, exhibiting good communication skills to varied audiences and the adaptability required to cope within a global change environment.
- Understanding of organizational structure, operating culture, effective work styles and management processes to achieve results in a changing environment.
- Strong analytical mind
- 05years experience in accounting & auditing fields
- Solid auditing experience and FMCG environment exposure are essential
