ACCOUNTANT
Ho Chi Minh
Responsibilities:
We are searching for an Accountant with a high quality awareness mindset and multi-tasking capability, who can complete tasks efficiently. We expect you to be active and proactive in the tasks you solve and together with the Finance-Accounting team to deliver high quality outputs.
To be successful in our company, it is essential that you possess a good client- service mindset cross teams and have a “keep improving” attitude. Specifically, your tasks will be:
- Make all recordings and monitor Account Receivables, Account Payables, Fixed Assets, Monthly P&L and Balance Sheet Statement, Cash book, General Ledger and other Management Financial reporting
- Prepare monthly VAT, Personal Income Tax, other Financial report and tax reports meet its requirement
- Ensure proper and accurate accounts reconciliation on a monthly basis, prepare monthly Management report
- Check and verify Payment vouchers for approval
- Analyze income and expenditure, Monthly financial statements and Management report, Income and Expenditure;
- Make all recordings in the subsidiary ledgers for operational accounts
- Prepare annual budgeting and Quarterly forecast
- Manage and monitor budget
- Be familiar with Vietnamese Law and Regulations
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- University graduated major in Accounting or Finance
- At least 2-4 years’ experience working in Accounting or Finance
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards
- Solid knowledge and always up date of with Vietnam Laws, regulations related to accounting job and tax issue
- High level of integrity
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Being careful, honest, high responsible, detailed working, well organized and time schedule
- Excellent in English
