ACCOUNT PAYABLE AND RECEIVABLE ACCOUNTANT
Ho Chi Minh
Responsibilities:
- AR :
- Prepare and send payment request to customers following company procedure.
- Carry out AR collection activities ( call / fax / email / visit customer) to customer asking for payment on due date, follow up customers' payment.
- Send AR confirmation letter to customers monthly, reconcile AR monthly, make report.
- Prepare other reports related AR matter as requested. Report any issue related to AR to Manager.
- Update AR transactions to company's ERP JDE system.
- Make account receivable report monthly, yearly.
- Control the credit limits, terms granted to customers according to the Company’s credit policy.
- Monitoring the collection in order to meet the agreed Collection targets and keep the bad and doubtful debts close to zero.
- AP:
- Check and confirm payable amount to suppliers monthly.
- Match and enter all the AP transactions into the ERP system.
- Provide monthly payment plan in time and update them weekly.
- Record expenses shared between the company and the suppliers.
- control vouchers prepayment…
- update, follow-up, apply AP control.
- Make account payable report monthly, yearly.
Requirements:
- Graduated from University major in Accounting/ Finance/ Banking.
- 02 years experience in working.
- Good command of both written and spoken in English. Chinese is preferred.
- Good at MS office skill especially in Microsoft office excel.
- Careful, enthusiastic, Able to work under pressure and willing to learn.
