client is the captive BPO/Shared Service of a multinational,
world-leading provider of professional information solutions. Currently,
they are in need of Multilingual accounting professionals for their
Legal, Financial, and Healthcare campaigns.

client and the job role.Requirements: On Language: • Should be able to SPEAK, READ and WRITE in Japanese OR Mandarin • Should be able to speak and write in English Good to have skills: • Knowledge in Basic accounting principles • BPO or Shared Services exposure (Preferred but NOT required) • Experienced working in a multinational company/setting (Preferred but NOT required) Must be able to speak, read, and write Japanese • CPA with a good working knowledge and understanding of US GAAP • Minimum two to three years of experience in the financial reporting/general ledger area. Experience working in MNC is preferred. • Experience with ERPs (e.g. SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft); PC proficient – strong experience with Microsoft Excel (advanced excel skills a plus), Word, PowerPoint; experience with MS Access and Project a plus • Logical thinker who constantly thinks of process improvements • Good documentation skills • Able to thrive in a fast-paced setting; able to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines • Strong organizational and prioritization skills • Good interpersonal skills; and ability to work with a diverse group of people • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
