Ipa-Nima, a leading fashion accessories label in Vietnam, is currently looking for eager young applicants for the position of Graphics Designer. Working closely with Designer Team, you will perform all tasks related to visual branding and promotion pertaining to Ipa-Nima.

JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT
Ho Chi Minh

Responsibilities:

Being cashier:
- Collect money from shops every 3 days.
- Collect and pay in accordance with receipt and payment voucher.
- Ensure cash balance according to company regulation.
- Check cash balance every month under supervising of senior accountant and manager.
Take responsibility for advances, receivables, payables:
- Prepare receipt and payment voucher: check documents carefully before preparing (invoices, payment request, price...).
- Follow up advances, receivables and payables from staffs, shops, suppliers: make sure it is correct with actual.
- Check cash balance in bank, on hand with cash balance in software.
- Report cash in bank, cash on hand everyday to BOM, chief accountant and senior accountant.
Take responsibility for inventories:
- Check stock at shops every month, check finished goods at factory stock every 2 months, check raw materials every 6 months.
- Check input/ output of raw material and update price in software and material dictionary.
- Calculate cost of consumption for samples.
- Report stock to related divisions.
Other responsibilities: other duties assigned by manager.
