Account Receivable - Customer Admin Executive

Responsibilities:
  • Input revenue, invoice into system.
  • Collect monthly usage information, billing invoices to customer accuracy, timely.
  • Follow up with customer on outstanding bad debt.
  • Prepare aging report, follow dunning process.
  • Explore current system and raise solution for improvement.
  • Admin tasks relate to customer admin.
Requirements:
  • BA degree major in Accounting.
  • English skill (advance).
  • Team work, good communication, quantity & productivity consciousness, endurance, enthusiasm.
  • Time management skill, problem solving skill.
  • 02 years experience in multinational company.
  • Expert in excel, marco and accounting system, Oracle knowledge is preferable.
  • Integrity, carefulness.
