looking for the Sales and Market development Manager who would
contribute to the achievement of our big goal.
Payable Accountant Ha Noi
Responsibilities:

Account receivable:
-
Input daily transactions relating to customers in to accounting software system
-
Daily manage and control the account receivable of each customer.
-
Check and prepare credit notes, debit notes.
-
Daily check and follow the account receivable of all the customers.
-
Cooperate with the sale department to solve issue relating to the account receivable
-
Making the AR reconciliation letters to send to the customers monthly
-
Manage and control the customer master file ,sale contract.
-
Cooperate with the internal control person to prepare documents for legal case of the company
-
Calculating the bonus , technical transfer fee for customers to make sure it is correct paid
-
Weekly and monthly report for account receivable, debtor aging.

Sale :
-
Issue VAT invoice for sale record.
-
Strictly follow up and implement the sales process, provision and activities that have been approved by the GD.
-
Coordinate with other departments related to sales activities to
ensure better customer service , sales performance . Check the sale
orders against the stock balance and making reasonable delivery plan.

Follow up the daily , weekly , monthly and annually sale quantity .
Get feedback from customers and pass information to relevant department
and feedback to customer.

To declare output VAT correctly and on time.
-
Proposal to handle the bad behavior affecting to sales activities of the company

Build and develop relationships with customers, suppliers, employees and other parts of the company.

Monitoring report on payment discount to customers every day
-
Weekly and monthly sale and collection report.
Requirements:
-
University degree with major in accounting.
-
02 years of relevant experience.

Good organization and management skills.
-
Good Computer skills: Excel, words, power point and Navision software is an advantage.

Good Self management, good Reporting skills, good Presentation skills,

Able to work under high pressure and deadline met.
