Services Admin Cum Accountant
Ho Chi Minh
Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance of office equipment – Fax, Copier, Printers, computer.
  • Handle petty cash for Service Dept.
  • Put up Pos for Admin expenses.
  • O.T. claims and Incentives.
  • Stocktaking / Ordering / Distribution of Stationeries, equipments/ Sundries/ Uniform and safety shoes.
  • Keep track and recording of Daily Attendance, Annual Leave and Medical Leave for Service Dept and PDI.
  • Monthly Sales Report (Service, Parts & Insurance).
  • Claim process.
  • Compose/check/keep Service contract and other documents.
  • Keeping track of warehouse inventory.
  • Secretary of Workplace Safety, Health & Cleanliness committee.
  • Issuance and Tracking of Petrol card usage.
  • Issuance and Tracking of errand car/motorbike.
  • Top-up the petrol card (Flexicard) value.
  • Issuance / Checking of P/Os (Service Dept).
  • Submit cash, invoices and settle Petty cash with Accountant Dept.
  • Commission payment request /Put up PO /Payment for brokers.
  • Compose/ Keep/ Follow broker contract.
  • Ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Economics, Business Administrator or relevant fields.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in similar positions. 
  • Hard-working, honest, friendly and oriented to details.
  • Fluent in English (both speaking and writing).
  • Good communication skill.
  • Good time management skill.
  • Good negotiation skill.
  • Computer literacy (Proficient in MS office is a must).
  • Experience: 2 Years.
  • Probationary period: 2 months.
  • Working time: Monday - Saturday, from 8AM - 5PM.
  • Holidays: 12 days/ year.
