ASSOCIATE ACCOUNT MANAGER (12-WONS-1056)

Responsibilities:
  • Identify & develop potential clients, mostly via telephone & some meeting as required to discover customer’s need and generate sales.
  • Building & keeping excellent relationship with existing & potential customers.
  • Discover customer’s need & generate sales.
  • Consult & give customer the best PR Media solution by using the features from VNG websites such as Zing MP3, Zing News, Zing Me…
  • Contribute initiatives to business growth.
  • Pro-actively provide suggestion to better serve users & clients such as how to improve the website usability or add-on services to hit their insights.
Requirements:
  • College graduates or above.is preferable.
  • Good communication in Vietnamese & English.
  • Good command of presentation & negotiation.
  • Good skill in handling problems or customer’s complaint.
  • Good command of office software.
  • Able to work independently & in team.
  • High responsible for his duties & tasks.
  • Aggressively work to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Work well with internal teams including Web Services, Design and Tech.
