• Prepare Daily Revenue Summary report to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Control of Bank and clearing Accounts to ensure correct coding and sufficient proof of validity of transactions.
• Prepare IFRS, Internal Control checklist.
• Prepare month end Journals and ensure timely report submission.
• To assist in Forecast, Budget process.
• Prepare month end Balance Sheet reconciliations.
• Oversee the local accounting and financial reporting function.
• Handle day to day issues in accounting and financial reporting to company management and resolve any accounting issues with the accounting team.
• Analysis variance between Actual and Budget and highlight to management.
• Practise effective cash flow management and communicate all significant cash flows to the Owners on a regular basis.
• Manage, maintain and develop the company’s data processing systems.
• Participate in the preparation of the Strategic Business and Operating Plans.
• Assist in developing Department Heads so that they may take more responsibility for forecasting their department’s operating and financial performance.
• Manage the presentation of all accounting. This includes all financial reports, operating budgets, cash flows and financial forecasts.
• Responsible for any financial requests as may be required by shareholders.
• Supporting the financial goals of all departments.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 02 years experience in accounting.
• Working knowledge and/or technical expertise in Accounting and Auditing, Accounting Software, Contract review skill.
• Committed to continuous learning and self-development.
• Ability to provide good customer services to staff and relevant stakeholders.
• Be fluent in English.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Be active, hardworking and good communication skill.
• Have a good attitudes towards company target.
