Not only an office in HCMC, Porsche Service Centre Hanoi, located at 562 Nguyen Van Cu Street, Long Bien District, has started providing services to the public since mid- May 2012. The official opening of the Porsche Service Centre Hanoi provides Porsche Vietnam with an opportunity to capitalize on the growing demand for luxury automobiles in the Northern area of Vietnam.

Accountant for Treasury

Responsibilities:
Objective:
 
Ensure  the accuracy of Sales report, VAT invoice.
Ensure the customers' abidance by payment process.
Streamline and control the internal documentation in regards of accounting.
  • Job details:
    • Be in charge of accounts no.  of AR cars, Tax payable, Import tax, AP cars, bank, income and loan.
    • Consolidating daily quick Sales report (By email)
    • Updating the daily Sales report, Bank statement, and invoices, completing the report for them at the end of each month
    • Making Sales report in categories, sales revenue and sales volume
    • At the end of each month, making an adjustment sheet for difference in foreign exchange rate of the foreign currency-account balances  
    • Be responsible for the accuracy of the liabilities, sales revenue, printing monthly liabilities transaction detail and completing at the 5th of next month
    • Issuing the Reconciliation of liabilities at the end of each quarter and completing at the 5th of next month
    • Printing and filing VAT output report and completing at the 3rd of next month
    • Making report of using invoices and completing at the 3rd of next month  
    • Responsible for recording and following up Cash in bank account
    • At the end of each month, making Reconciliation between bank statement and accounting data
    • Making daily Cash flow report for Cash in bank
    • Keep confidential for all kind of data from the Accounting Department
Requirements:
  • Graduate from the University of Economics, Finance and  Accounting or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in relevant jobs. 
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office XP products).
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Dynamic, positive, confident, self motivated team player.
