INVENTORY ACCOUNTANT
Binh Duong
Responsibilities:

Monitor stock in MRP system.
-
Calculation of standard cost for valuation of inventory goods by cost location and center.

Preparation of monthly wastage reports.
-
Co-ordinate stock counts with Planning and logistics.
-
Prepare stock count reports.
-
Preparation of monthly WIP analysis.
-
Reconcile monthly cost of sales at product unit level.
-
Prepare quarterly standard costing at product unit level.
-
Co-ordinate with Technical staff for application of unit costing to BOM, monitor and report on the accuracy of the BOM.
-
Streamline and automate processes and information flows while identifying ways to reduce cost.

Ensure the accuracy of costing and stock records.
-
Control the accuracy of company stock and inventory records.
Requirements:
-
College or University level qualification in Accounting/ Finance.
-
At least 2 years of experience with general accounting/ inventory accounting.
-
Experience working in furniture field are preferred.
-
Experience in using accounting & inventory management software. Priority of MRP/ERP software.

Good communication in English and Understanding of accounting knowledge.

Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

A smart & friendly appearance and professional manner.

Willing to work independently.

Attention to details and carefulness.

Good communication skill and spirit of teamwork.
