Responsibilities:

Our client is a multinational pharmaceutical company.

Maintain the proper accounting record, ensure accuracy, completeness and timely of all data entries into accounting system.
Ensure all statutory reports are prepared accurate and submitted as per schedule.
Assist the Finance Manager in all aspects of management accounting, financial analysis and operation issues.
Ensure all expenses are supported with required document as per company policy and procedure before posting to system.
Posting the accounting entries to system according to company accounting policy and Vietnam accounting standard. Carry out month/ year end reconciliation and closing.
Manage and control marketing/ promotional programs and expenses, fix asset depreciation schedule, account payable, receivable and inventory. Ensure the relevant finance information is available to support for business decision.
Preparing accounting reports including: monthly and annual tax declaration reports (VAT, PIT, CIT...). Liaise with local tax authorities on tax related matter.
Support for the preparation and execution of annual external audit and internal audit.
Co-ordinate with local and regional team on implementation of new accounting related application, support the local team on using new application.
Strongly support to departments on query related to finance, accounting and compliance.

Requirements:

University graduation in finance/accounting field.
At least 2 year experience in the same function, preferring in MNC.
Good at Microsoft office, familiar with working with excel template.
Good sense of teamwork and responsibility: hones, reliable, active, careful, hard-working.
Attention to detail and result oriented.
Good working knowledge of taxation and business compliance regulations.
Working knowledge of accounting software (SAP/ Axapta) including data entry, reporting.
Good at time management skills ensuring month end close and all reporting is done in a timely manner and to a high level of accuracy.
Customer oriented.
Fluent in English.
