General Accountant
Ho Chi Minh
Responsibilities:
  • Process billing to customers.
  • Prepare daily accounting entries and input data into the accounting software.
  • Process payment and receipt.
  • Administer accounts receivable, accounts payable and fixed assets.
  • Assist in monthly closing account & preparing reports.
  • Declare monthly Tax report : VAT, CIT, PIT based on Tax's requirement.
  • Reconcile and close all in charge accounting accounts on month-end to Accounting system.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the chief accountant.
Working Relationships:
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
  • Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments. 
Requirements:
  • Minimum education level: Bachelors.
  • Minimum career level: Accountant/ staff.
  • At least 02 year experiences in Accounting.
  • English skill: able to communicate.
  • Basic Office IT skill.
  • Planning and organizing skill.
  • Initiative.
  • Careful, integrity and hard-working, attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Teamwork.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, technical skills.
