Accounts Executive
Petaling Jaya (Selangor) - Damansara Utama

Responsibilities:

To perform day to day accounting functions such as Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Asset (FA), General Ledger (GL) and Management Reporting.
To ensure the team accurately processes suppliers’ invoices, employees expense claims and payment runs within specified time frame.
To resolve internal and external enquires and issues professionally and timely.
To analyse all revenues and costs, fixed and variable overheads and variances prior to closure of accounts.
To plan, coordinate and monitor the month-end closing activities taking into consideration all details are analysed and accurate.
To prepare monthly management report, departmental profit & loss reports and any other control reports for distribution to relevant parties.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess a recognized Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, preferably 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge in SAP Finance Module background is an added advantage.
Good understanding and implementation of business processes and control.
Highly motivated, resourceful, able to handle multi-tasks and work independently with minimum supervision.
Able to meet tight deadline, meticulous and a team player.
