Accounting Assistant

Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities will be assisting the General accountant in day to day accounting task, including

preaparation of payment vouchers, invoices, claims, expenses update,
preparations of contracts
handling petty cash
preparation of relevant monthly reporting
stock take
workers timesheet,
any other adhoc job required in relation to accounting and human resources

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/Diploma, College Degree, Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

Required language(s): English

At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
