Account Receivable Accountant
Binh Duong, Dong Nai
Responsibilities:
• Follow up credit limit and credit term.
• Ensure appropriate accounting treatment for revenue and input relevant accounting transactions such as inventory adjustments or cancellation
• Control account receivable, daily check bank statement and deduct account receivable outstanding accordingly and on time
• Check promotion, rebate, and other support to customers as per approval from Sales
• Issuing letters to customers for rebate, allowances deduction and deduct outstanding
• Proper accrual booking of monthly support and rebate to ensure no surprise
• Making reconciliation with customers on monthly basic
• Prepare periodical reports to local Tax departments and relevant authorities
• Other duties which will be assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
• University Degree/ College, preferably in Accounting Finance field
• Experience 3 years in similar positions; Working in multi-national company is preferable
• Good standard writing and reading English.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (especially Excel skill)
• Proactive and high sense of responsibility, confident, willing to learn and hardworking
• Good interactive and interpersonal character
